Stars – 5 Stars

*Important take from the book* This book taught me about the way I and other Empaths behave and why do they behave the way they do and how they can protect their precious energy from draining.

Plot Summary –

People who are Empaths are highly sensitive people who have the natural ability to sense and tap into the emotional and cognitive states of others. Most are born this way, although some may develop later over the course of a lifetime. Being an Empath means that you are able to deeply feel other’s experiences and emotions and often times you have a hard time separating your energy from someone else’s.

Being an unprotected Empath may lead to a variety of damaging and difficult feelings. You may find that these feelings can affect you physically and emotionally and this is why it is very important to learn techniques to harness and nurture your gift.

This is a lifelong guide for any sensitive person who’s been told to “stop being so sensitive”.

My Review –

This book is for every Empath on this planet. Like this book talks about empath’s life. The way they do what they do, the way they react for the reasons they react. Everything. This book even tells how to protect oneself from emotional draining, one of the major problem faced by Empaths. The book starts on by telling the reader and letting them discover whether they are an Empath by a very interactive questionnaire. Although, an Empath already knows that they’re Empath. Later the book goes on explaining several traits of an Empath and why do they feel drained, consumed, confused by the presence or even by simply being in the vicinity of people. And finally, the book moves towards a very important topic on how to shield them self from this vicious emotional and physical draining. This book work as a magic for those who are empaths and maybe others who simply want to know more about them. For me, this book turned out to be a gem which crossed my path even when I was not searching for it. It was like the book came searching for me. The book that I didn’t even know, I wanted to read.

What I liked Everything it taught me.

What could’ve been better None.

Writing StyleJust the way it should be. Loud and clear.

Conclusion – The very book to be read by every Empath.

25th BOOK of 2020 (150 books read overall)
